JUNIOR BOARD OF PREFECTS

The Junior Board of Prefects of St. Sebastian’s College was started in 1995 under the guidance of Rev. Brother Charles Dodanwela, the Principal of the college. Fifteen Students of grade nine were selected for the Board, including the Head Prefect and the Deputy Head Prefect.  Initially Mr. Bertram Fernando was in charge of Junior Prefects followed by Mr. Lakmal Fernando and Mrs. Roshani Fernando. Now Rev. Fr. Prasad Niranjan is in charge of the Junior Board of Prefects. The following is a list of Junior Head Prefects.
